Disaster Response as one of the thematic areas of DRRM during calamities and or disaster. It is a consolidated effort of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) as the decision makers and the CDRRM Office as the implementing arm of the CDRRMC in meeting the needs of the citizenry.
